Virtual Colonoscopy - Private patients
As a private patient, Virtual Colonoscopy is available at St. Mark's Hospital if either you have symptoms that your GP or hospital doctor feel warrants investigation of the large bowel and it surroundings or you do not have symptoms but would like a 'screening' test to exclude cancer or its precursor, the colon polyp. For either scenario, please speak to your doctor who can contact the virtual colonoscopy program co-ordinator, Mrs Janice Muckian, at St. Mark's by letter, fax, telephone or email to the following address:
